AquaticFit Water Aerobics

1. AquaticFit Flex n' Stretch is a low intensity class designed to work on flexibility, stretching with light cardio and strength training. This class will help elongate and stretch out muscles with low to no impact on joints. This class incorporates rehabilitative exercises to improve flexibility and endurance. 

2. AquaticFit Running is a class with big, easy to follow movements, Water Running is an invigorating introduction for beginner interested in water exercise and an excellent workout for anyone with join conditions. Every class includes aerobic and interval training.  This class is a non-choreography based lower body strengthening and cardio-respiratory conditioning workout. This class is ideal for runners or tri-athletes rehabilitating from injury or those looking to develop power on the road.

3. AquaticFit Shallow is a fun workout emphasizing cardiovascular endurance through continuous choreography in the shallow side of the pool. Shallow water aerobics is a fun and challenging deep-water workout. It is an ideal class for anyone with back, hip or knee problem, as there is very low impact involved. This workout incorporates interval training, yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, strength and endurance in addition to Bar Method techniques. This is an excellent work out for members of all fitness levels and types.

4. AquaticFit Deep is a deep water aerobics is a fun and challenging deep-water workout. It is an ideal class for anyone with back, hip or knee problem, as there is very low impact involved.  Deep water also offers a wonderful opportunity to enhance your range of motion. We provide flotation belt that are worn about the waist, but all participants must be comfortable swimming in deep water. This is an excellent work out for members of all fitness levels and types. 

5. AquaticFit Boot Camp is a high intensity aqua class that uses the properties of water to resist and water weights to create a high energy class. This vigorous group exercise offers a way to ensure improvements in stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination and agility. Get fit fast!
