• Level 2 to 3: Participants are “Water Safe” and need to work on lateral movements and increasing endurance to get across the pool

• This class is designed to work with participants on basic technique and continue to increase in-water comfort

• Learning how to continue improving breathing: techniques for inhaling and exhaling air, how to plug your nose in the water, and correct techniques for blowing bubbles

• Learning basic and intermediate swimming motor functions: basic arm techniques for Freestyle, Backstroke and Breastroke, learning basic kicking techniques, and body positioning

• The goal of this class is to get the participant to swim all the way across the length of the pool and be able to stay a-float for up to 2 minutes
