• Level 4 to 5: Participants are able to swim at least 2 different strokes 

• This class is designed to work with participants on intermediate and basic techniques 

• Learning how to continue improving breathing: techniques for inhaling and exhaling air while keeping locomotion moving forward

• Learning intermediate swimming motor functions: arm techniques for Freestyle, Backstroke and Breastroke, fine tuning basic kicking techniques, and body positioning

• The goal of this class is to get the participant to swim back and forth across the pool using proper technique and body positioning and to be able to stay a-float for up to 5 minutes
